Our Law Enforcement Liaison Team is a dedicated and highly trained group of individuals committed to strengthening the bond between law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve. Comprising experienced professionals with backgrounds in conflict resolution, community engagement, and law enforcement, our team acts as a crucial bridge, fostering trust, transparency, and open communication. They work tirelessly to mediate misunderstandings, address community concerns, and promote collaboration, ultimately ensuring a safer and more harmonious environment for both residents and law enforcement officers. About Me
Lynda attended Odessa College and the University of Texas at El Paso before beginning her law enforcement career at the Lamesa Police Department where she worked for almost twenty years before starting with the LEL program in 2010. Lynda holds certifications as a Master Peace Officer, Instructor and Firearms Instructor. She is currently a reserve officer with the Bee County Constable Pct. 2 in addition to her work as the LEL Program Manager.
